Add a new patient

To add a new patient and create his patient record, click on , in the top right corner and fill in the required information.

1. ⚠️ To create a more secure account for patients, turn on “Require Multifactor Authentication” (MFA), requiring a phone number for every login attempt.
2. Select an existing Care Team to associate with the patient. To learn how to create a Care Team, go to the Manage Care Teams section.

Once a new patient is added he will receive an invitation by email to download and log in on the mobile app. 

After creating the patient profile, you will be able to:

5. You can create a new patient.

6. If the patient doesn’t have activate his account, you can reinvite him by sending him a new invitation by clicking on “Reinvite” next to his name in the patient list.
