In this article, learn how to:
1. Access to the communication feature
- To communicate with a patient or with a care team member, click on
on the navigation banner on the left of the screen.
2. Start a new conversation
- Select if you want to chat with a patient or a care team member by clicking on “Patient chat” or “Care Team chat”.
- You can now search for your interlocutor in the search bar. After clicking on the interlocutor of your choice, his name will appear in the list of people you recently talked to. Then you can start a conversation.
- To send your message click on
- You can attach a document and send it to your interlocutor by clicking on
, and select the document you want to send by browsing your computer.
⚠️ Share patient and user data only with authorized personnel and only when necessary for patient care.
