In this article, learn how to:
1. Add a new sub-organisation
- To manage and modify sub-organisations, access to the Administration section by clicking on
on the navigation banner.
- Then go on the “Manage Sub Organisations” tab.
When you are in the “Manage Sub Organisations” tab, you can add a new sub organisation to your organisation by clicking on “Add sub organisation” in the top right corner (According to the permissions granted to you by your administrator).
- Choose a name for the sub organisation and fill in all the required information.
- You can assign care teams to the sub-organisation, either by entering the care team name or by searching for it in the list after clicking on the dropdown arrow.
- You can directly add users to be a part of this sub organisation, either by entering their name or by searching for them in the list after clicking on the dropdown arrow. It is also possible to assign a sub organisation to a user by modifying their profile. To learn more, go to the Manage Users section.
- To save the creation of the sub organisation, don't forget to click on “Create sub organisation”.
A user can be in different sub-organisations.
2. Edit a sub-organisation
Once a new sub organisation has been created, it will appear in the list of sub organisation.
To find a sub organisation more easily, type its name in the search bar.
- You can modify an existing sub organisation by clicking on
next to the sub organisation’s name.
- You can view the users in a sub organisation by clicking on “View users”.
3. Delete a sub-organisation
You can delete an existing sub organisation by clicking on next to the sub organisation’s name.
However, the profiles of users belonging to this sub organisation will not be deleted.
