Select Triage measures for your Care Plan

The “Triage” feature allows you to prioritize the display of selected data (Metrics and questionnaire) on the patient list view or from the dashboard when you search for a patient by name.

You can choose to display up to 10 different metrics per care plan.

This allows you to prioritize the data you consider important from the list view without having to go into each patient's file.

To add a metric to the triage, click on at the top right of the care pathway clinical builder. Or select the triage option when you create a question

Each time you save your care plan, you will also be asked to choose the metrics for triage.
