Care pathway builder allows you to add different types of interaction boxes and automation using a drag-and-drop interface.
- Drag and drop the Question widget into the canvas.
- Choose your specified type of question.
An open question allows respondents to provide free-form text answers.
- Click the "Open Question" element from the different types available.
- Add a title to the question and enter your question in the question text box.
- Optionally, you can add limits:

- A character limit: Toggle this on if you want to set a limit on the number of characters allowed in the response.
- A number of words limit: Toggle this on if you want to set a limit on the number of words allowed in the response.

Optionally, you can add a scoring for the expected words:

- Toggle this on to enable scoring based on specific words expected in the response.
- Enter the words you expect to see in the responses. Use the "Enter" key to separate each word.
- Set the “If” condition:

- Patient's answer: This field is a dropdown menu where you can choose to evaluate the patient's answer.
- Condition: Set the condition for the patient's answer (e.g., less than, greater than, equal to).
- Value: Enter the value for the condition.
- Choose the score to assign if the condition is met. The scoring system is free to your interpretation.

- Patient's answer: This field is a dropdown menu where you can choose to evaluate the patient's answer.
- Condition: Set the condition for the patient's answer (e.g., greater than or equal to).
- Value: Enter the value for the condition.
- Choose the score to assign if the condition is met. The scoring system is free to your interpretation.

- Add more conditions if needed by clicking on “Add condition”.
- The given score for this question will be added up at the end to calculate the general score of the Care Plan.

- If needed, set a periodicity for the widget by clicking on

- Don’t forget to save your new widget by clicking on “Save”.
