1. Organizing your care plan
- Drag and drop the different widgets to create your own care pathway designed for a specific patient.
- Set the order of actions by dragging each action into the wanted order.

2. Use connections
- To create a connection from “Start” to a widget, hold the left-click from the “+” in “Start” to the widget you want to link to.
- To do the same between 2 widgets, hold the left-click from the blue dot to the other widget you want to create a connection.
- To delete a connection, right-click the connection, and select “Delete Connection”.
- You can create a connection from a specific answer to a question to another widget. (Example: If the answer to the single choice question is “more than 4 times a day”, the patient will be redirected to the questionnaire. Otherwise, the patient will be redirected to an activity on breathing technique.)
- However, if you want to create a connection to another widget, whatever the answer is, create a connection from “Default”.
3. Set time lapse between two actions
- A
will appear within the connection created, the time lapse feature allows you to set a specific time between 2 actions.
- If you don’t set a specific time, the action will be sent automatically when the previous one is completed by the patient.
4. Set up periodicity to a widget
When you are editing a widget you can add a repetition by clicking on .
This periodicity feature is available for every type of widget and automation.
1. You can set a Repeat Interval:

- Enter the number of intervals.
- Choose the type of interval (Days, Weeks, Months, Years).
- Use the left and right arrow buttons to set the number of times the event repeats per day.
2. You can set a Notification Time Slot:

- Select the type of time (Custom time, Specific times like Morning, Afternoon, etc.).
- Enter the specific time for the first notification.
3. You can set Ending Settings:
- When Care Plan ends: Select this if the event should stop when a specified care plan ends.
- By Duration: Choose this to specify the duration for which the event should continue.
- After N repeats: Select this to end the event after a certain number of repetitions.
Don’t forget to apply this periodicity setting by clicking on “Save”.
5. Edit a widget
To edit an existing widget double click on it.
6. Save your care plan
- To return to the general setting click on “Back” at the left top corner of the page.
- Make sure to save your progression before going back to the settings, by clicking on “Save”. Otherwise you will lose what you did.
- Similarly, don’t forget to save your progress regularly, saving is not automated.
- When you click on “Save”, the triage measures window opens. To learn more about the triage feature, go to the Select Triage measures section.
7. Publish your care plan
- When you have finished your care plan, you can publish it by clicking on “Publish” in the top right corner of the tab when you are in the Clinical builder.
- Please note that you will not be able to modify your care plan once it has been published. So make sure you are really finished before you publish it.
- Once published, you will only be able to modify the users, the sub-organisation, the rooms and the mode reservations assigned to the care plan. Widgets cannot be modified.
- The care plan will be marked as “Active”.
