Login and password

1. First log in

If this is the first time you are logging on the platform, please follow the following steps: 

1. Enter the name of your workspace.
2. Enter the login details you received by email: email address and temporary password.
3. Enter a new password of your choice.

   ⚠️ The password must comply with the following security rules: 
   • Upper case
   • Lower case
   • Number
   • Special character
   • At least 8 characters long

4. Enter your password a second time.
5. Check the box to accept the terms of use and privacy policy.
6. Confirm it by clicking on "Sign in”.

2. Log in

If you have already logged on to the platform at least once, please follow the following steps:

1. Log in by typing in the name of your workspace.
2. Then type in your email address you registered with, and your password.
   

   ⚠️ If you have activated the “Require Multifactor Authentication” option, you need to enter the code received by SMS before you can access the platform. To learn how to activate the MFA, go to the Manage Users section.

3. Access to the platform by clicking on “Sign in”.

3. Forgotten password

• If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot your password?” to reset it.
• Enter the email address you registered with, and a verification code will be sent to your mail.
• Copy the verification code into the platform and choose a new password.
• Make sure to type in your new password twice to confirm.
