Add a Graph to your care plan

Care pathway builder allows you to add different types of interaction boxes and automation using a drag-and-drop interface.

• Drag and drop the Graph widget to add it to the canvas.
• Type in a note or description of the graph for the patient to understand what he is seeing.
• Select the metric you want to display on the graph.
• The patient will see the recent values of the selected metric in a form of a graph.

• If needed, set a periodicity for the widget by clicking on . To learn how to set periodicity, go to Set up a periodicity to a widget section.
• Don’t forget to save your new widget by clicking on “Save”.
