- You can create a new appointment by clicking “New Appointment”, in the top right corner of the calendar tab.

- It is also possible to create a new appointment from the “Patients list” or from the “Patient Record”, by clicking on the “Schedule appointment” buttons. To learn more about this, go to the View my patient’s appointment history section.
- It is also possible to create a new appointment from the “Care Plan Builder” by using the “Appointment box” automation. To learn more about this automation, go to the Automation - Appointment box section.

- Fill in the information requested:

- Select the practitioner and the patient.
- To choose the date:
Select the year, month and date for your appointment.
Choose the duration of the appointment by dragging the dot along the linear scale.
Depending on the duration of the appointment, you can choose different time slots (e.g., appointment of 30 minutes, time slots will vary with 30 minutes of interval between each session).
You can also select a range of dates from which patients can choose any available slot. Click on "Patient can choose any available slot" at the bottom, and select the different dates (e.g., from 2-5th July 2024).

- Precise the type of appointment (e.g., consultation, lab test..).
- Select the location of the appointment:
For on-site appointment, click on "On-site" and select a sub-organization that is assigned to you.
You can choose to create an online appointment by clicking on "Online", the link will be generated automatically, and you can access the appointment from the platform directly through the calendar.

- Add additional notes if needed.
- Upload a specific file if needed.

- To save your appointment, don’t forget to click on “Create appointment”.
