There are two types of appointment, those initiated by the practitioner:
- The practitioner creates an appointment.
- The appointment appears in the patient’s appointments list, on his mobile app.
- The patient can then accept or cancel the appointment.
- If the patient accepts, the practitioner can later cancel or reschedule it.
And appointments initiated by the patient:
- The patient creates an appointment.
- The appointment appears in the practitioner’s appointments list, on the platform.
- The practitioner can then accept or cancel the appointment, by clicking on it.
All these appointments, whoever has requested them, are displayed in the practitioner's agenda and are also displayed on the left side of the page in the form of a list:
- “Upcoming”: These are the appointments that patients have accepted.
- “Requests from patients”: These are the appointments that patients have requested. You can accept or reschedule them.
- “Your Pending Requests”: These are the appointments you have requested, but patients have not yet confirmed.
Access to my patient's record
- Before an appointment with a patient, you can consult their file by clicking on
, to find out all the important information about them.
