Understanding the overview chart

Your organisation probably has an overview chart that has been created so that you can quickly see the metrics associated with your patient.

This chart can have as many branches as needed. The different branches represent metrics, scores or sub-scores from questionnaires. Generally, your organisation's administrator decides which metrics are displayed. These are usually the most important metrics.

The graph can only display data with an established score.

⚠️You cannot edit a chart if you have a medical profile, only an administrator can do it. To learn how to edit your organization chart, go to the Manage my charts section.

If your patient has completed questionnaires or entered metric values during their assigned care plan, you will be able to get a quick overview of this data via this chart without having to search through the patient's record.
