1. View my patient’s notes

1. To view all notes from the patient, click on “See all notes” under patient notes.
2. To find a specific note the patient wrote, search it up on the research bar (e.g., name, author..).

2. View practitioners’ notes

Similarly, you can see all the practitioners' notes relating to the patient by clicking on “See all notes”. To find a specific note you had created, search it up on the research bar (e.g., name, author..).

1. You can add a new note by clicking on , don't forget to save your note by clicking on “Save”.

2. To edit or view an existing note, click on the next to the note.
