Questionnaire - Add a single choice question

Questionnaire builder allows you to add different types of questions using a drag-and-drop interface.

A single choice question restricts respondents to selecting only one option from a list.

How to add:

• Drag and drop the "Single choice" element to the canvas.

• Enter your question in the question text box.
• Define the different answers and their score for each answer. The scoring system is free to your interpretation.
• You can add or remove answers.
• Don’t forget to save your new question by clicking on “Save”.
